Instructions for oral presentations

  • Please respect the maximum poster format of A0 in « Portrait orientation » (NOT landscape!).
  • Posters can be installed already on Friday the 22nd  afternoon and on Saturday 23rd November starting at 07:30 h. On Friday there is no assistance and you have to bring your own pins. On Saturday there is assistance and pins available from 7:30 onward.  The posters should be removed at the end of the meeting at 17:00 hours.
  • The posterboards are numbered according to the numbering found in the abstract volume or program (https://geoscience-meeting.ch/sgm2019/program/session-program/).
  • If you don’t intend spending all coffee breaks standing next to your poster, Post-its will be made available to you by the SGM staff to write next to your poster the time when you will be present for discussion during the poster sessions or lunch break.
  • Please check the SGM Program booklet on page 5 to find the place to display your poster on Saturday. The Program booklet and the poster & rooms plan are available for download as a PDF file (5.3MB) at the bottom of the ABSTRACTS page:

  • You are of course welcome to use the SGM 2019 logo on your poster. For this purpose, please download the .eps file.
